I confirm that I have entered all personalization options as I want them to appear on my product, and have chosen the correct size and metal.  I understand that orders may not be cancelled or changed once submitted. Custom made jewelry is non-refundabe. I confirm that I have reviewed all information on the Store Policies page.

Production times vary by product.  See the item description for the ship time estimate of each product.  Time in transit is in addition to this.  Customers may choose their ship method during the checkout process.

We offer insurance for every shipping choice during checkout. If insurance is not chosen, we cannot assume responsibility for the package once it is in the hands of the carrier. We always suggest considering insurance.
